1. Bionic eyes
These bionic eyes will help restore blurry vision and blindness and have been successfully transplanted into a patient with age-related macular degeneration (AMD). The bionic eye looks exactly as you imagine. Simply put, a small chip is inserted into the cornea with a camera attached. Marsi Bionics, a Spanish company, has developed ATLAS 2030, an exoskeleton capable of supporting a child’s entire body, from the torso down. This is intended to help children with atrophy and cerebral palsy move around in a much more manageable way. The exoskeleton is equipped with sensors that detect the movements of the individual and use this information to predict the intended course of action. In addition, the device has full stability and a form is available that those interested in using the device can fill out.
